CPA Exam Study Tip 17: Don’t worry about the wrong answers

Sometimes when I study, (usually through study sessions of multiple choice questions), I get a bunch of them wrong. Sometimes I get a lot wrong, and it can be “depressing” or “demotivating”. But I have learned that the best response is to think positively about the experience. You are learning something new. You are learning what to avoid next time. You are learning “how to think” about the questions and the responses. If you are like me, most of the time the questions are your first pass through the content, and you have not studied anything else. If that’s the case, then there is one more reason not to worry. It is only your first pass through. If it is not your first pass through, again, for reasons mentioned above, do not worry. Learn and move on.

Thanks for reading, and I hope you found that helpful.
