At the beginning of the day: What am I going to do today?
During the day: Am I doing what I planned to do? Is this activity moving me towards my day’s goals?
At the end of the day: Did I do what I planned to do? How well did I do it? Am I happy with my progress? Could I do better?
Substitute the appropriate time period: hour, day, week, month, year, etc.
Repeat those questions every day, every week, and every month. Plan, Act, and Evaluate.
